Natural Dye Design Pants

This project focuses on creating a pair of micro-flared pants that blend vintage aesthetics with streetwear influences. I used gradient natural dyeing—shifting from light to dark brown—to introduce a subtle aged feel and emphasize organic texture changes. Wanting to push my material exploration further, I combined rugged denim with pink metallic silk and soft lace through reverse appliqué. The layered cutting and hollowing techniques allowed the patterns to emerge with more depth and dimensionality, forming a visual dialogue between femininity and street-edge design.
